Office Policies

It is our firm belief that patient care comes first. We pride ourselves on going to the extra mile to make sure that our patients are well-cared for and put at east. We do our best to schedule our patients at the most convenient time for his/her schedule. This time is set aside especially for each individual patient. We make every effort to be on-time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.

If an appointment cannot be kept, we ask that you call and provide us with a 48-hour notification.

No one can predict when a dental emergency may arise. Should an emergency arise after office hours, please call the doctors' direct emergency phone number at 401-741-6974. If they do not answer, please leave a message and they will return your call as soon as they possibly can.

New patients are always welcome. The best kind of compliment we get is when our existing patients refer family/friends to us. Thank you for your continued support and competency in our dentistry. To show our gratitude to you, when you refer a new patient to our practice, you will receive a $25.00 credit to be used within our office for purchases as co-payments for dental work.

It is our joint responsibility to see that dental work and needs are properly maintained. Together we will determine the best time interval between visits that are patient specific.

Regular preventative recall visits promote superior dental health and reduce your expenses. This is why we insist that patients have yearly exams with the doctor, yearly x-rays and cleanings as frequents as deemed necessary for your case.

Payment is always expected at the time the service is rendered. We make the best effort to make sure you are aware of co-payments and the cost for the visit. If we must issue you a bill, a fee will be added each month that your account goes delinquent. We do offer several private financial payment options that our office manager will be happy to review with you. Our office does not offer any payment plans. All payment options are through private companies and a credit check may be needed.
